    Why this role matters

    • Materials must be accurately tracked and readily available to meet production and departmental needs.
    • Clear records and organized storage prevent delays and drive quality outcomes.
    • Collaboration with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production ensures an efficient material flow.

    Your core responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and validate inbound materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
    • Place stock in assigned locations and maintain a neat, logical stockroom/warehouse layout.
    • Issue supplies and parts to internal customers on request.
    • Record all receiving, issuing, and inventory activity in IFS or another inventory management system.
    • Keep accurate records for finished goods and non-inventory materials.
    • Execute cycle counts; assist with weekly, monthly, and annual physical inventories.
    • Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
    • Monitor min/max levels and notify Purchasing when replenishment is needed.
    • Stage and pack outbound shipments; coordinate pickups and deliveries.
    • Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely, as needed.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
    • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures and support production of high-quality products.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    What you will need

    • High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years of related experience/training; or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
    • Warehouse and material handling experience.
    • Comfort working with inventory systems (IFS or similar) and strong attention to detail.
