It’s 10:00 a.m. in Lancaster and your shift has just begun. You glove up, open the first bag, and get to work identifying plastics, paper, metals, and other recyclables. You’re part of a team that keeps materials moving safely and accurately through the warehouse—every correctly placed item helps the recovery process.

Acloche has immediate, part-time temp-to-hire openings for focused sortation pros who enjoy hands-on work and a steady pace.

What You’ll Do

• Open and inspect bags that contain recyclable items.
• Identify and sort different material types with accuracy.
• Place sorted materials into their designated bins or areas.
• Stand for up to 6 hours per shift and maintain consistent output.
• Lift, carry, and handle items up to 45 pounds safely.
• Repeat task cycles with care and attention to detail.

Schedule & Pay

Part-time, 1st shift
Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Pay: $13.50 per hour
