Job TitleLead role in developing next-generation materials and manufacturing technologiesJob DescriptionLead the development, testing, and implementation of new materials, products, and manufacturing processes to enhance performance and expand capabilities. Analyze production operations, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, yield, and cost performance. Provide technical expertise and hands-on support to manufacturing teams by troubleshooting complex process and production issues. Evaluate, install, validate, and optimize new equipment and technologies while managing pilot programs and process qualification activities. PhD preferred. Strong expertise in materials characterization, process development, root cause analysis, and data-driven problem solving. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives from concept through implementation. Effective communicator who can collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers, operations, and quality teams. Continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on safety, quality, innovation, attention to detail, and delivering measurable business results. Experience working with metals.
