Design and optimize the product
Develop formulations
Adjust material properties to meet specifications
Conduct testing and interpret results
Troubleshoot and make changes as testing comes back
Scale-up formulations to production scale
Maintain all documentation for work

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
Bachelors Degree in Materials or Chemical Engineering
5+ years in bio-based material or polymer research
Hands-on lab, pilot plant, and production scale-up experience
