Materials Sourcing Professional

Introduction

We are seeking a strategic and proactive individual to join our team as a Materials Sourcing Professional. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing, costing, manufacturing, or product development, particularly within the apparel or accessories industry. This role is perfect for a team player with drive, curiosity, and exceptional communication skills.

Location: Beaverton, OR

Salary Range: $40-45

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field
• 5 years of Product or Materials Sourcing, Costing, Manufacturing, or Development experience
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
• Self-starter with a bias towards action
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Tableau and/or PowerBI
• Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills preferred
• Prior work experience in the industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Experience working with different cultures, especially in Asia
• Project Management experience
• Previous experience in the client's industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Cultivate a competitive sourcing landscape
• Ensure growth with the right strategic suppliers
• Synthesize inputs from internal and external stakeholders
• Provide strategic recommendations to the team and leaders
• Ensure seamless tracking and execution of seasonal sourcing decisions
