Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. This role involves managing and processing return merchandise transactions, inventory control, and supporting various operational projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse and inventory management, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of warehouse/inventory experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communications and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and make effective decisions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Independent and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Team player and problem solver
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience with MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- RMA, procurement, or Return to Vendor experience
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Receive incoming material and perform inspections
- Communicate with production and engineering teams on receiving issues
- Organize and maintain stock inventory locations and warehouse cleanliness
- Perform inventory cycle counts and discrepancy investigations
- Handle internal product transfer shipments and pick work orders
- Ensure quality documentation with shipments is correct
- Troubleshoot material movements and report on inventory status
