About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our client's team in the industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to executing warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting planning and stock replenishment activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with established procedures and company standards to maintain effective control over the physical product flow and storage for the warehouse and other inventory areas.
• Support operations by either supervising or directly executing warehouse processes (reception, issuance, counting, junking, etc.).
• Implement required documentation and labeling per company's standards and local requirements.
• Maintain timely input to the Warehouse Management System and ensure accurate stock transaction records.
• Proactively monitor and implement local strategies to reduce excess and aging stock for the assigned Divisions.
• Execute cycle count and periodical physical counts: plan creation/posting of adjustments/root cause and reporting per global procedure.
• Conduct periodic self-assessments and audits as dictated by global processes.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience with Lean tools such as 5S exercise.
• Knowledge of advanced techniques like Kitting, Kanban for materials management efficiency.
