We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Materials Management department in Madison, WI. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse management, inventory control, and shipping processes. Job Overview

In this onsite position, you will work from 1 PM to 9 PM for a duration of two months. You will be responsible for performing daily work assignments accurately and safely, supporting various materials management activities. Your role will involve picking, packing, shipping, and documenting orders, managing work orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You'll also support lab materials replenishment, freezer/cooler maintenance, and participate in QA audits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a shipping or materials operations environment
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and work standing for approximately 80% of a typical working day
• Ability to work with hazardous or flammable materials safely
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferences

• Experience operating warehouse equipment (handheld scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Experience with cold storage material handling and alarm system monitoring
• Pharmaceutical or food manufacturing/processing, & cGMP experience
• Knowledge of computerized inventory management systems, JD Edwards preferred
• DOT and IATA training
• Knowledge of international documentation compliance, INCO Terms, CI, HTS code, SLI, and DG
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Teams
