Seeking a 1st shift Materials Supervisor in Youngsville, NC, to lead the RDC team in safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
Responsibilities include supervising receiving, shipping, and material handling, managing shipment movements, optimizing warehouse layout, and driving process improvements.
Providing coaching, staffing, and performance management, while supporting LEAN initiatives and safety culture.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or 2 years' leadership in manufacturing/distribution, 3+ years' relevant experience, proficiency in SAP/WMS, forklift certification, and Lean Six Sigma preferred.
