    Job Description

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician to join our growing womens services team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-risk obstetric care in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment while helping shape the future of maternal and fetal care in our region.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive care for high-risk obstetric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
    • Perform and interpret advanced obstetric ultrasounds, including fetal anatomy scans and growth assessments
    • Offer consultations and co-management with OB/GYN providers, midwives, and hospitalists
    • Participate in delivery planning and coordinate care for complex pregnancies
    • Collaborate with neonatology, pediatrics, and other specialty services to ensure continuity of care
    • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
    • Support education and mentorship of residents, medical students, and clinical staff (if applicable)

    Qualifications

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
    • Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
    • Eligible for medical licensure in Louisiana
    • Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
