QUICK SCREEN - REQUIRED LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS Required:

Board Certified or Board Eligible - Maternal Fetal Medicine
Fellowship Trained (MFM)
Active Virginia License
BLS

Preferred:

AIUM Certification

PRACTICE OVERVIEW

Two-provider MFM service (one per hospital site)
1 rotating NP for support
No supervision required
Average 27 scheduled patients per day
95% High-Risk OB / 5% Low-Risk OB
Nursery Level III
3 exam rooms
Onsite ultrasound (GE 10)
No onsite lab
EMR: EPIC and Viewpoint

Support Staff: RN clinic educator, sonographer, genetic counselor, front office team REQUIRED PROCEDURES / CLINICAL SKILL SET

Amniocentesis
Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS)
Cerclage (preferred)
Management of:
- Pre-eclampsia
- Multiple gestation
- Growth restriction
- Chromosomal abnormalities
- Congenital abnormalities
- Pre-term labor
- Hypertension
- Thrombophilia
- Genetic disorders
- High-risk maternal/fetal comorbidities
Vaginal deliveries
Cesarean deliveries
