We are in search of a board-certified or board-eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician who is passionate about providing outstanding care in a supportive setting. Our OB/GYN Department includes 20 OB/GYNs, 2 MFMs, 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians, and 15 Certified Nurse Midwives, forming a cohesive and efficient prenatal care team.
Position Overview:Flexible options for part-time or full-time work (0.6 - 1.0 FTE)
Support from a skilled team of 8 sonographers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Daily patient load of 21 - 25 in the clinic
Shared on-call responsibilities with two other MFM physicians (primarily telephone consultations)
MFM physicians are not required to handle deliveries
Compensation follows a production-based model
New physicians receive a one-year income guarantee of $524,000, with significant potential for increased earnings
Starting bonus of up to $35,000 available
Opportunity for a two-year partnership track with a reasonable buy-in
