The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with classroom teachers curriculum directors and administrators to provide targeted data-driven instruction to students who require additional support in mathematics.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver small-group and one-on-one math interventions aligned with district curriculum and state standards.Use formative and summative assessment data to identify student needs and monitor progress.Collaborate with classroom teachers to co-plan and co-teach lessons that support differentiated instruction.Participate in data team meetings and contribute to the development of intervention plans.Provide professional development and coaching to staff on effective math instructional strategies.Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with families and staff.QualificationsValid Connecticut teaching certification in Mathematics 029Experience in math intervention or special education preferred.Demonstrated knowledge of research-based math intervention strategies and programs.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to analyze data and adjust instruction accordingly.Enfield Public Schools is committed to instructional excellence and equity.
