Putnam Middle School is seeking a caring, flexible, and dependable individual to join our team as a Math Paraeducator. This part-time position supports students in in grades 58 by providing small group and individual assistance, reinforcing key math concepts, and promoting a growth mindset in mathematics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to helping adolescents succeed, collaborate closely with teachers and support staff, and foster an inclusive environment where students can build confidence and strengthen their math skills. Putnam Middle School offers a strong, collaborative culture of caring educators who leverage resources to nurture and challenge our students. Putnam facilitates strong district-wide alignment and support across all three schools in the district to ensure the student's educational experience prepares them for the real world.

POSITION: Math Paraeducator

• Part-Time: 20 hours per week

LOCATION: Putnam Middle School

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Required)
• ParaPro Test or equivalent of 2 year's college credits - 60 credits (Required)
• Experience working in a school system preferred
• Experience supporting math instruction or working with students in math intervention programs preferred

START DATE: August 24, 2026

RATE OF PAY: $20.36 - $22.50 per hour
