You will find 13 elementary schools, six middle schools, three high schools, the Bullitt Alternative Center, the Riverview Opportunity Center, the Bullitt County Area Technology Center, the Bullitt Advanced Math and Science BAMS Center, and the Career Readiness Center. There are over 900 certified staff and 800 classified employees providing students in grades kindergarten through 12 with a quality education. The district is located directly south of Louisville, KY, and is the Commonwealths seventh largest school district. Description
BCHS has a vacancy for a Math Teacher. This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering a program of instruction that supports the premise that high expectations for all students are possible, also implements activities that assist students in reaching mastery. Applicants should expect to work in an atmosphere of collegiality and should be willing to support our students through some extra-curricular or co-curricular program.
Candidate must have Kentucky High School Certification in Math and possess all other requirements according to BCPS.
This position is for the 2026-2027 school year.
Salary based on board-approved salary schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.
