EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated Middle School Mathematics Teacher for a full-time teaching opportunity in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with curriculum standards and student learning objectives.
- Teach middle school math concepts and adapt instruction to meet students' varying learning needs.
- Assess student understanding, monitor academic progress, and provide feedback to support improvement.
- Maintain a positive, organized, and structured classroom environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, school administrators, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate instructional records and fulfill classroom and school-related responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification in Mathematics, appropriate for middle school or secondary-level instruction.
- Previous middle school mathematics teaching experience preferred.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage students and support a range of learning needs.
