• Single Subject Math English Learners Authorization
• Copy of Transcript: Official transcripts will be required if position is offered
• Credential: Copy of Single Subject Math w English Learners Authorization
• Letter of Introduction
• Letters of Recommendation: Include 2, no more than 2 years old, from current or past Supervisors
• Resume
• District Intern Credential - Mathematics or Single Subject Teaching Credential - Mathematics
