What You'll Do
Lead Your Team
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and schedule employees
• Build a positive, accountable culture
• Develop future leaders
Support Student Success
• Conduct student assessments
• Create personalized Learning Plans
• Ensure students receive an exceptional learning experience

• Welcome families and provide outstanding customer service
• Communicate student progress
• Create an exceptional experience for every family
Grow the Business
• Respond to new leads and conduct enrollment conferences
• Explain our program and confidently guide families through enrollment
• Achieve enrollment and retention goals
• Build partnerships within the local community

️ Manage Daily Operations
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, technology, and center operations
• Monitor performance metrics and help the center achieve its goals
We're Looking For Someone Who Is...
️ Positive, energetic, and encouraging
️ A strong leader who enjoys coaching others
️ Comfortable talking with families and leading enrollment conversations
️ Goal-oriented and motivated by helping the center grow
️ Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
️ Comfortable with math through Algebra II
️ Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Customer service and sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Background check and math assessment required
