OpSource has partnered with a machine shop company located in Spartanburg.

Pay for the position:

Shifts for the position:

• 2^nd shift 
• 3pm-1:30am Mon-Th

Job requirements for the position may include:

• Set up and operate a Mazak 10kW fiber laser
• Load and unload raw material and finished parts
• Select and verify correct programs, material, and thickness
• Monitor cut quality and adjust parameters as needed
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and print specifications are met
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation

Preferred Experience

• Mazatrol control experience
• Nesting software knowledge
• Forklift or crane experience (a plus)

Qualifications for the position:

• Previous experience operating a fiber laser cutting machine (Mazak strongly preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders
• Experience cutting mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Comfortable with CNC controls and basic machine setup
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and ability to work second shift
