Picture your day: you arrive on your chosen shift and take ownership of a Mazak CNC machine, setting it up with precision and confidence. You review the blueprint for the next run, verify tooling, dial in offsets, and run test pieces to confirm quality. Through the shift, you monitor performance, make on-the-fly adjustments, and troubleshoot to keep production on pace and within exacting tolerances. When opportunities arise, you extend your day with overtime—boosting both output and your paycheck—knowing you’re contributing to critical power generation and industrial equipment projects.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $28.00–$34.00 per hour
• Shifts: 1st Shift (6:00 AM start) or 2nd Shift (4:00 PM start)
• Regular overtime available

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate Mazak CNC machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints; conduct precise in-process and final inspections
• Adjust tooling and offsets to maintain tight tolerances
• Troubleshoot machining issues and uphold quality standards
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on CNC machining and setup experience
• Mazak experience strongly preferred; Fanuc controls exposure is a plus
• Strong blueprint reading and inspection abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
