What you will do

• Set up and run CNC turning equipment to deliver parts to spec
• Interpret drawings/prints to plan tooling and machining approach
• Monitor operations for quality and consistency; make adjustments as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect parts and document conformance to requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work cross‑functionally to improve cycle times and process reliability
• Follow all company policies, safety practices, and quality procedures

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
• 5+ years setting up and operating CNC lathes; aerospace experience strongly preferred
• Hands‑on background with Mazak and/or Nakamura machines preferred
• Solid knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials
• Proven blueprint reading and documentation skills
• Detail‑oriented problem solver with strong communication
• Capable of working independently while contributing to a team
