Mazda Product Specialist

Russ Darrow Metro Mazda is actively seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused Mazda Product Specialist to help customers discover the Mazda brand and find the vehicle that best fits their needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new technology, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

We provide comprehensive training on Mazda vehicles, technology, and dealership systems so you can become an expert on the entire Mazda lineup. Your focus will be educating customers and demonstrating products, while our Management Team handles pricing, negotiating, and finalizing the sale.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help identify the Mazda vehicle that best fits their needs

• Learn and explain Mazda models, trim levels, features, technology, and brand experience

• Demonstrate vehicle features and operation during walkarounds and test drives

• Answer customer questions and make vehicle technology easy to understand

• Help customers compare models and confidently select the right vehicle

• Introduce customers to a manager when they are ready to discuss pricing and purchasing options

• Assist customers with setting up and understanding their vehicle's technology

• Follow up with customers to provide continued product support and encourage repeat and referral business

Wage: $25 per hour plus bonuses

Hours: 40 hours per week, Saturdays required
