Marzetti is seeking a Brand Management Intern to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program!

Still in school but ready to start building your career? The Marzetti Summer Internship Program gives ambitious students the opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience while exploring where their career could take them after graduation.
Our internship program is designed to provide real-world experience aligned with your field of interest while also giving you exposure to other key areas of the business. You'll contribute to meaningful work, build valuable relationships, and develop skills that extend far beyond your resume.
Responsibilities What You'll Do
Essential Functions/Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a signature project for one of our iconic brands
- Apply a general management mindset that balances consumer, commercial, and customer perspectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain
- Analyze marketplace conditions, competitive activity, and white space opportunities to inform brand and project recommendations
- Identify consumer needs and insights that can lead to new ideas and growth opportunities
- Evaluate potential product innovation, formulation, and packaging opportunities
- Explore consumer promotion and marketing opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and preference
- Assess potential initiatives to determine commercial viability and business impact
- Develop and deliver mid-point and final project presentations to key stakeholders

Qualifications What You'll Bring
Qualification Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited graduate program with a focus in: Marketing
- 2+ years of post-undergraduate professional work experience
- The desire to lead businesses with a holistic, general management focused mindset
- A Builder's mindset that displays curiosity and initiative
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Demonstrates sound judgment and applies logical thinking when creating solutions
- Displays a professional, positive attitude with team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
