Job Title: MBD Specialist / Virtual Road Load Data Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced MBD Specialist / Virtual Road Load Data Engineer with strong expertise in Multibody Dynamics (MBD) and full-vehicle simulation using MSC ADAMS/Car and ADAMS/View.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-vehicle and system-level MBD models.
• Perform Ride & Handling and static load generation analysis.
• Support Virtual Road Load Data Analysis (VRLDA).
• Analyze and interpret vehicle simulation results.
• Develop macros to automate simulations and generate repeatable outputs.
• Correlate simulation results with physical vehicle and subsystem test data.
• Support model validation and provide engineering recommendations.
• Collaborate with vehicle design and engineering teams.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Multibody Dynamics (MBD).
• Hands-on experience with MSC ADAMS/Car and ADAMS/View.
• Experience with Ride & Handling, VRLDA, and full-vehicle modeling.
• Knowledge of static load generation and model correlation.
• Experience with simulation automation/macros.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering required.
• MS in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
