Your exceptional communication skills will be essential as you assist in sending electronic documentation to providers upon request, ensuring that all pertinent information is accurately conveyed. Additionally, you will maintain a detailed provider call log to track interactions, contributing to our commitment to transparency and accountability.On occasion, you will provide clerical support to the MBR department, showcasing your ability to be a dependable team player.
