MBSE Systems Engineer (MDA)

MDR is looking for an amazingly talented MBSE Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will provide senior technical and advisory assistance to the Targets Program Office by aiding in the refinement and implementation of MBSE design standards across a portfolio of products.What You'll Be Doing:Serve as designer for implementation of the Government Reference Architecture MBSE solution across the Targets Program officeAuthor process documents, develop template frameworks, and construct metric reporting methods to facilitate the execution of the MBSE solution to existing and future programsUse requirements analysis to create and maintain the (GRA) in CameoPerform and lead systems engineering duties to elicit stakeholder requirements and mission needsPerform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and toolsDefine requirements, perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and toolsAssist in requirements development and managementWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projectsExperience with Cameo Systems ModelerActive Secret ClearanceKnowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), preferably with direct experience working DoD SystemsAbility to train others on MBSE concepts and toolsExperience with languages used for architecture modeling (i.e. DoD Architecture Framework and (Unified Architecture Framework (UAF))What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Familiarity with MDA programs and processesExperience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems or hypersonic weaponsHands-on experience with integrated requirements tools, such as DOORs NGExposure to MDA test events and activitiesPosition RequirementsClearance RequiredSecretPosition LevelSr.FT/PTFull TimeYears Related Work Experience7Education Level Required4-yrMission Driven Research is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans.
