MCA SALES BROKER (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an MCA Sales Broker at HighRise Capital, you will be responsible for developing relationships with business owners and helping them secure financing that aligns with their business needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and generating new business leads.
• Making outbound calls to business owners.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Educating business owners on available financing options.
• Qualifying businesses for Merchant Cash Advances and other financing products.
• Collecting required business documentation.
• Submitting complete applications to the underwriting team.
• Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
• Following up with prospects and existing clients.
• Negotiating and structuring financing opportunities.
• Working closely with underwriting and processing teams.
• Closing deals and generating funded business.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records within the CRM.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Experience-Based Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Preferred:

• Previous Merchant Cash Advance experience.
• Experience in business financing or commercial lending.
• Experience in high-volume outbound sales.
• Existing relationships with business owners or referral partners.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

MCA experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong sales backgrounds.
