McDonald's Operations Manager

Role Description The McDonald’s Operations Manager oversees a team of Area Supervisors and Store General Managers along with their restaurant teams, that manage the day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, high food quality, and a positive guest experience. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supervising their teams to meet KPI's in the areas of Profitability, Sales and Guest Counts, Customer Satisfaction, and Operational Performance Targets. The Operations Manager is responsible for 10-20 locations depending upon experience. This role also involves training and coaching team members, enforcing food safety and hygiene practices, reviewing performance metrics, and supporting staffing, scheduling, and cost control to meet sales and profitability goals.

• REQUIRED: Must have extensive McDonald's background in Operations with a proven track record of performance

• Strong food safety knowledge, including compliance with health, sanitation, and HACCP-related guidelines and be ServSafe certified

• Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues and maintain a guest-focused atmosphere.
• \n
• Background in food service management, including supervising teams, coordinating shifts, and supporting daily restaurant activities.

• Leadership and people management abilities, including coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.

• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

• Basic proficiency in POS systems, store reporting tools, and standard office software.
