What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Assist customers at the counter, over the phone, and electronically
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Help customers identify products and solutions
Order & Vendor Coordination
- Place purchase orders and check product availability
- Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams
- Follow up on open orders and resolve issues
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
Preferred:
- Experience in warehouse, counter sales, or customer service
- Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, or industrial products
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
