Position Title - MCHHS SSAC Office Assistant - Work Study
Student Status - Work Study Required- You are required to be a Federal Work Study Recipient to hold this position.

Hiring Range - $15.00 per hour
Sponsorship Information - Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.
Department/Employer Operating Hours - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
How many hours per week are required? - Varies
Description of Primary Duties - Greet visitors pleasantly and professionally; answer phone calls; schedule advisement appointments; perform clerical duties (e.g., file, photocopy, run errands, etc.); ensure main office area is clean, stocked, and organized; assist students with course registration and general inquiries related to registration, campus resources, and programs within the McQueary College of Health and Human Services; assist advisement staff with special projects and assignments (as requested).
Required Qualifications - Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong customer service skills; high level of professionalism; strong organizational skills; ability to work with and maintain confidential information; ability to complete tasks independently; computer literate (or willingness to learn).
