Our leadership team is an exceptional group of Government contracting professionals. gTANGIBLE is in the process of identifying candidates for the following position:Requisition Type: ContingentPosition Status: Full TimePosition Title: Access Control SpecialistLocation: Marine Corps Base Quantico, VASecurity Clearance Level: TS/SCIDuties and ResponsibilitiesDuties include the following:Provide access control functions to ensure entry control points are monitoredVerify clearances via the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), Scattered Castles, or other authorized means Conduct validation of Information System Authorization Access Requests Issue visiting and temporary badges to visitors and employeesConduct magnetometer and other searches of employees and visitorsUtilize the Foreign Visits System – Confirmation Module (FVS-CM) to input all foreign visitorsSubmit and receive visitor and employee visit/perm certifications Screen incoming and outgoing documents and/or packages to ensure that they are properly wrapped and couriered in accordance with MCIA policy Conduct detailed turnovers with command duty officersConduct and complete end-of-day checklists and properly open/close MCIA facilities Monitor facility control points via line of sight and CCTV systemKnowledge and QualificationsExperience with the following software/applications: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Defense Information System for Security (DISS) Experience in basic access control functionsKnowledge and experience using CDX-09 and CDX-10 style locksMust possess a valid U.S. driver's licenseKnowledge and experience providing quality customer service to Government employees, military personnel, contractors, and/or visitors.
