The Must Haves

• At least 3 years of experience in the Material Handling Equipment industry (e.g., commercial doors, loading dock equipment, VRCs, etc.)
• You're a master when it comes to assessing a job, finding opportunities, and creating/sending out profitable bids to general contractors and end-users alike
• Nobody can negotiate like you
• Your verbal and written skills are impeccable
• You have a sharp intellect as well as critical thinking and math skills
• You can confidently juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Organization is your middle name (at least, unofficially)
• You have a strong sense of urgency when it comes to completing a task
• You are fully competent in Microsoft Office products and PDF software
• You have experience visiting and assessing all of your job sites

The Nice-to-Haves

• Not only do you remain calm under pressure, but you thrive under it
• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Familiarity with Entrematic (Kelley) dock products
