VISTA member will conduct a community needs assessment in order to identify specific cultural programming gaps. VISTA will analyze data and compile a comprehensive report highlighting community needs and interventions available. VISTA will research opportunities in the community that may address ongoing risks on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation. VISTA will collaborate with internal Boys & Girls club staff to develop a plan, system list of potential resources utilizing impact evaluation data. VISTA will develop resources for programming through the research and drafting of relevant grant opportunities. VISTA will raise awareness of cultural programming additions through the creation of outreach materials creation and development of messaging strategies for staff. https://mtengage.org/americorps/application/available-positions/
