The MCS Supply Chain Associate (Associate Supply Chain Dispensing) supports biopharmaceutical manufacturing by accurately picking, dispensing, staging, and delivering materials in a fast-paced, warehouse-based biotech environment. You work 100% onsite, follow strict current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, and cleanroom gowning protocols. This role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, clear communication, flexibility, and a willingness to learn while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable material flow to manufacturing.

Work Environment
This role is 100% onsite in a warehouse-based biotech environment that directly supports biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Work schedules rotate between day and swing shifts every six months. The initial schedule is a day shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time through the end of June. After that, the schedule rotates to an 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time shift for the next six months, then switches back to day shift, with this rotation repeating. You work in a fast-paced setting that includes warehouse areas, classified dispensary spaces, and cleanroom-adjacent environments. You regularly perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 35 lbs and pushing or pulling heavy loads using material handling equipment. The role involves operating Powered Industrial Vehicles (with training provided), working with scales and weighing equipment, and using digital systems such as ERP platforms, DQMS, QMTS, CDOCS, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams. You follow strict safety requirements, cGMP and GDP standards, SOPs, and cleanroom gowning protocols, including gowning to Grade 8-9 when working in classified dispensary areas. The environment emphasizes a strong safety culture, cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and readiness to support regulatory inspections and audits.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
