Maintenance Mechanic

Pay: $21–$27/hour

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production or packaging equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and responding to equipment breakdowns.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safe maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document repairs and maintenance activities.

Preferred

• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and manufacturing SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs efficiently to minimize production downtime.
• Install and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
• Support equipment setup and changeovers.
• Replace defective parts and complete maintenance documentation.
• Identify and communicate equipment issues and recommend improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO requirements, while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
