Role Descriptions:
- Provide production support for Master Data Management (MDM) applications, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, and continuous availability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production defects within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with business users, development teams, and stakeholders to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Perform job monitoring, scheduling, and support activities using MFT and AutoSys tools (preferred experience).
- Maintain support documentation, participate in release activities, and drive process improvements for operational excellence.
