QUALIFICATIONS

Platform Mastery: In-depth, practical architecture experience with Informatica MDM and cloud-native Reltio.
Architectural Breadth: Proven track record building enterprise integration patterns utilizing REST APIs, event brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and microservices topologies.
Core Data Engineering: Expert background defining match/merge heuristics, data modeling, profiling frameworks, and complex workflow exceptions.
Regulated Industry Insight: Direct exposure to highly controlled operational ecosystems (Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Telecom, or Financial Services) demanding strict data security, RBAC, and audit readiness.
Consultative Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written presentation skills. Ability to smoothly translate intricate data schema challenges into clear executive trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategy, Platform Evaluation & PoC Governance

Comparative Evaluation: Lead the architectural assessment of Informatica MDM (IDMC / Multidomain) against Reltio Cloud-Native MDM based on enterprise technical/business fitment parameters.
PoC Execution: Design and execute sandboxed PoC frameworks evaluating ingestion velocities, match-merge algorithms, hierarchy performance, and data stewardship user experiences.
Decision Engineering: Establish formal scoring mechanisms and present definitive, data-backed platform recommendations to executive steering forums.
2. Target-State Enterprise MDM Architecture

Real-Time Blueprints: Design a multi-domain, real-time, API-led, and event-driven MDM target architecture.
Ecosystem Integration: Map synchronization patterns (delta, batch, pub-sub streaming) connecting the master data layer with core internal architectures, including ERP, PLM, CRM, and Data Lake/Mesh systems.
Data Modeling & Record Strategies: Architect canonical data models, golden record strategies, survivorship matrices, hierarchy rules, and complex relational structures.
3. Implementation Roadmap & Technical Governance

Domain Sequencing: Lead the domain-wise implementation and onboarding roadmap, prioritizing dependencies sequentially (e.g., Supplier $\rightarrow$ Product $\rightarrow$ Customer).
Reusable Templates: Deliver foundational, reusable technical configurations including system mappings, data quality (DQ) rule engines, workflow handlers, and custom API layers.
CI/CD Strategy: Establish code promotion strategies, environment provisioning profiles, and automated testing setups across Dev, Test, and Production rings.
4. Data Governance, Compliance & Operating Models

Regulated Traceability: Embed end-to-end data lineage, auditability trails, and clear metadata tagging structures compliant with strict aerospace validation protocols.
Operating Model Setup: Define the global MDM Operating Model, formalizing a centralized Center of Excellence (CoE) intertwined with domain-specific delivery PODs.
Stakeholder Alignment: Lead interactive discovery workshops, architecture review boards, and design clinics with Data Owners, Stewards, and technical business heads.
