MDR - Project Lead - Exempt

Join our team as a Project Lead in a dynamic and innovative environment. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely. You'll be at the forefront of MDR implementation projects, playing a crucial role in supporting Cardiac Surgery MDR projects across functional and regional organizations.

Must Have

• 0-3 years of medical or clinical experience or exposure
• Project Management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with EU MDR Project Implementation
• PMP certification

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all facets of the project(s) from intake through implementation and closure.
• Accountable for the successful implementation of MDR projects, MDR remediation assignments, etc.
• Focus on finding resolutions, planning and control, change and prioritization of the project's deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to all Corporate and IT policies and standards.
• Manage site constraints: Schedule all label verification activities and support the MDR engineering team.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance and recommendations to project managers.
• Communicate primarily with project managers and regularly report on project progress.
• Possibly engage in external interactions with suppliers and PO generation if necessary.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Biomedical, Mechanical, Industrial or Quality Engineering, Business Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• MDR experience is preferred.

Work Hours and Location

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
