The White Oak Post Acute is looking for a MDS Coordinator.
Must have a valid RN or LPN License
The MDS Nurse plans, coordinates, and helps monitor the resident assessment and care-planning processes in the facility. MDS Nurse will work with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest quality of care is provided in a cost effective manner to the residents. Maintains a daily Medicare Census and submits information to Billing as required. Audits charts according to facility policy for documentation to support MDS Assessments and care plans. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing currently registered with the State agency for nursing licensure and hold a valid nursing license.. Competitive pay, and benefits include:
