MDS Coordinator

Belleview Valley Nursing Home is looking for a Full-time MDS Coordinator.

Pay is based on experience. Starting pay $35 an hour.

Position Purpose: The primary purpose of your job position is to oversee the RAI process for assigned residents according to state and federal regulations. Assure that residents admitted under Medicare Part A services are appropriate for Medicare skilled care services. In absence of Director of Nursing, supervise nursing staff. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an approved LPN or RN program and licensed to practice as a LPN or RN in this state.
