About the Role:As our MDS Coordinator, you’ll coordinate and support the completion and timely submission of accurate interdisciplinary MDS assessments, CAAs, and Care Plans. You’ll ensure everything aligns with CMS RAI Manual regulations, state and federal law, and company standards. This is a key clinical role where your analytical skills and nursing knowledge drive quality outcomes.
