Charleston Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a full-time MDS Coordinator (RN) to join our skilled nursing team.
This position is responsible for coordinating and completing MDS assessments, supporting accurate clinical documentation, and helping ensure appropriate reimbursement and quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license required
- MDS experience preferred
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
- Knowledge of MDS scheduling, coordination, and completion
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary starting at $90,000 annually
- Quality Measure Bonus opportunity up to $7,500 annually
