Location: Edgerton Care Center – Edgerton, WI (on-site position) Status: Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift hours, with some weekends and holidays. _____________________________________________________________ Job Summary: The MDS Coordinator role at Edgerton Care Center requires someone with a minimum of one year of experience in care planning, assessment and is responsible for the overall completion of each resident's MDS, RAI and assessment. Critical thinking, leadership skills flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a focus on team building are a must at Edgerton.
