MDS Production Support Engineer
Join our dynamic team as part of the Mortgage Data Services (MDS) Application Monitoring Team. We focus on ensuring seamless operations of our customer and partner-facing services, including APIs, microservices, portals, and document workflows. This role is critical in supporting real-time business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in REST API monitoring, including availability, latency, and error rates
- Proficiency in web application and UI health monitoring
- Awareness of microservices and service-to-service dependency
- Understanding of event-driven and API-based architectures
- Prior work experience in the client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with document ingestion and processing flows
- Experience with log aggregation and application error diagnostics
- Knowledge of API security controls and monitoring for abnormal traffic
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Monitor and triage customer and partner-facing services
- Rapidly triage customer-visible incidents and verify service recovery
- Coordinate escalation to application and platform teams
- Communicate status during high-severity incidents
