Description
The MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple installation and service crews serving multi-dwelling properties. The MDU Manager ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within quality standards, and in accordance with customer expectations. This role provides leadership, coaching, and operational oversight while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to address service issues, project concerns, and escalated customer matters.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies, customer requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
Review and approve production reports, billing documentation, and project records to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
Lead, direct, and support multiple installation and service crews across assigned projects and markets.

Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all company safety programs and OSHA requirements.
