Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Trimmer to join our team in Forest Park. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and processing a variety of meats to meet high-quality standards. You will work with different cuts, ensuring the meats are prepared according to customer specifications, company standards, and food safety regulations. Job Responsibilities: Packing meat & picking client orders Making boxes Labeling Taping boxes Employees must be flexible to work different areas of the line as they rotate Lift 25-50lbs Job Requirements: Must be able to work on 30 degree cold environment Safety Equipment: hard hat, smock, gloves all provided on site Dress code: Casual Clothing, nothing open or ripped. No nail polish/fake nails/no jewelry
