Meat Cutter Requirements:

• Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Self-driven and flexible with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a guest driven high-volume restaurant environment
• Demonstrated commitment to Golden Corral's Mission, Values, and Beliefs 
• Experience in meat cutting preferred, but not required

Meat Cutter Responsibilities:

• Cut, prepare, and maintain meat products according to company standards and production levels
• Ensure freshness through proper rotation, storage, and handling practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while following food safety guidelines
• Support daily operations and communicate any product or equipment needs to management
