Meat Processing & Packaging Operator – $18/hr

Location: Becker, MN Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Join a hardworking, supportive team where your attention to detail helps deliver high-quality meat products every day! As a Meat Processing & Packaging Operator, you’ll operate packaging machines, check product quality, and make sure everything meets company and safety standards.

What You’ll Do

• Operate packaging equipment (vacuum sealers, labels, roll stock machines, etc.)
•  Inspect products for quality and accurate labeling
• Keep your work area clean and follow all food safety and sanitation rules
•  Troubleshoot minor machine issues and keep production running smoothly
• Work together with your team to meet daily goals

 What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in food, meat, or packaging.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and reliability 
•  Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in a 45 degree production environment and lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to talk and understand English.
• Must be able to work with different types of meat.
