Meat Processing & Packaging Operator – $18/hr
Location: Becker, MN Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Join a hardworking, supportive team where your attention to detail helps deliver high-quality meat products every day! As a Meat Processing & Packaging Operator, you’ll operate packaging machines, check product quality, and make sure everything meets company and safety standards.
What You’ll Do
- Operate packaging equipment (vacuum sealers, labels, roll stock machines, etc.)
- Inspect products for quality and accurate labeling
- Keep your work area clean and follow all food safety and sanitation rules
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and keep production running smoothly
- Work together with your team to meet daily goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in food, meat, or packaging.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work in a 45 degree production environment and lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to talk and understand English.
- Must be able to work with different types of meat.
