    What You'll Do

    Every day brings a new opportunity to perfect your craft. You'll:

    • Process beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and other meats into customer-requested cuts.
    • Trim, debone, and prepare meat with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Package and label products for retail sale and customer orders.
    • Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
    • Operate and maintain meat processing equipment safely.
    • Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
    • Help manage inventory and minimize product waste.
    • Work closely with your team to keep production running efficiently.

    We're Looking For Someone Who

    • Takes pride in producing quality work.
    • Has experience using knives and meat processing equipment safely.
    • Understands meat cuts and proper processing techniques.
    • Values cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
    • Works well independently and with a team.
    • Has a strong work ethic and enjoys staying busy.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum of two (2) years of meat processing experience in a food manufacturing environment.
    • ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required.
    • Ability to pass a hair follicle drug and alcohol screening as a condition of employment.

    What You'll Need

    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Comfortable working in refrigerated or frozen environments.
    • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
    • Ability to perform repetitive cutting, trimming, and processing tasks.
