What You'll Do
Every day brings a new opportunity to perfect your craft. You'll:
Process beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and other meats into customer-requested cuts.
Trim, debone, and prepare meat with accuracy and attention to detail.
Package and label products for retail sale and customer orders.
Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
Operate and maintain meat processing equipment safely.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
Help manage inventory and minimize product waste.
Work closely with your team to keep production running efficiently.
We're Looking For Someone Who
Takes pride in producing quality work.
Has experience using knives and meat processing equipment safely.
Understands meat cuts and proper processing techniques.
Values cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
Works well independently and with a team.
Has a strong work ethic and enjoys staying busy.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of meat processing experience in a food manufacturing environment.
ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required.
Ability to pass a hair follicle drug and alcohol screening as a condition of employment.
What You'll Need
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working in refrigerated or frozen environments.
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to perform repetitive cutting, trimming, and processing tasks.
